Please help cancel my CreatePDF plan

Hello, could you please help cancel my membership and subscription for AcrobatPro - CreatePDF? I bought it on Jan 30th, 2015, but I found that there was one installed in the office desktop so I don't need this one at all. Could you please advise how I can cancel it? Thanks!

You might need to refer the KB doc to cancel your subscription:

Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services
