"Please upload a file to send for signature" error

I am getting an error when sending a contract "Please upload a file to send for signature". I have already uploaded a file. How do I fix this?

We are using Adobe Sign through Salesforce. I hope that helps.

Could you please confirm the application you are using to send the document for signature, is it Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader?

Are you signed in application with your Adobe I.D?

Note:When you subscribe for Adobe sign or Adobe Acrobat then you would be able to use the service.
