Bonjour,

Je convertis mes documents en WORD vers le PDF, mais je n'obtiens pas les mêmes polices d'écriture.

Je suis déçue de payer pour un service que je croyais qu'il transférerait les documents tels qu'ils sont créés sur WORD!

J'ai la version Acrobat standard

Hi police decriture,

You mention that you have Acrobat. Are you converting your files using Acrobat or one of the Acrobat.com online services? If you use Acrobat, it can access the fonts on your system (the online services have a vast library of fonts, but may not have the one used in your document). To save a file as Word format in Acrobat, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.

J'ai essayé ce que vous avez dit d'enregistrer sur WORD DOCUMENT, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. J'ai commandé Acrobate XI standard version en ligne et je suis vraiment déçue. Je ne trouve aucune moyen de convertir mon document WORD avec toutes mes belles polices d'écritures en format PDF. J'aimerais être rembourser car je suis insatisfaite du service Acrobat en ligne. J'ai payé 38$ canadien.

Hi there,

Have you been able to download and install Acrobat (your order payment is still pending)? That isn't an online service, as it runs from your desktop.

In any case, if you would like to cancel your subscription, please Contact Customer Care. I am unable to cancel that for you, or I would. But, a Customer Care agent should be able to take care of you.
