Poor quality when converting---very dissatisfied. How can I get a refund?

Hi there,

    In a previous year  I purchased this service because I LOVED being able to convert .pdf to word so I decided to subscribe again...however, this time...it is extremely poor quality.  Is it possible to get a refund?
