¿Porque no me permite realizar la suscripción si deseo pagar pero me urge exportar un documento a excel y no me deja?

Disculpe necesito exportar un documento a Excel pero el sitio web me indica que el producto no es compatible desde el país donde estoy operando. Que clase de servicio podría solicitar

This document lists the countries where ExportPDF is available for purchase: Countries where ExportPDF is available for purchase.It's necessary to have a credit card billing address in one of those countries to purchase a subscription.
