Hi Hi liseb25468237,

Ah, I see! That isn't a supported format for conversion. But, you can "print" your Word Perfect files to PostScript, and then upload the PostScript files for conversion to PDF. Please see this document for instructions: Create PostScript files | PDF Pack | Windows

(I noticed the document refers to the CreatePDF Desktop tool at the bottom--this tool has since been retired. But the instructions at the top of the document are applicable still.)

Best,

Sara

Hi liseb25468237,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble logging in to your new Adobe PDF Pack subscription. Please clear the browser cache and then try to log in again to https://cloud.acrobat.com. Are you able to get in how, or are you still being prompted to subscribe.

Best,

Sara
