Pourquoi, quand je supprime un fichier dans le répertoire : "fichiers récents", il est également supprimé dans le répertoire :"fichiers Acrobat.com"? cela me parait anormal

The Acrobat.com Files list shows all files that you've uploaded to Acrobat.com; the Recent Files list shows just the 50 most recent of those files. Your files aren't stored in different places; the two lists are just different views of the same files. So, when you delete a file from one list, it's also deleted from the other.
