Prepare Form - Getting error - "Bad PDF.."

Hello,

I created a document on Canva and I am trying to prepare a form. I am getting an message staying that Adobe is unable to make this document accessible because "Bad PDF, could not read page structure". See screenshot of the message as well as the type of document I am trying to prepare a form form - is it because the boxes are rounded and not square? Any help is appreciated.

Generally, the error message appears when there is an issue with the PDF. Could you please let us know how the PDF was created? Did you create the PDF using the Adobe application or alternate software? Share the PDF with us so we can check it.

Please try recreating the PDF in Acrobat. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/47RORc9. Check if that helps.
