Prepare Form' tool missing in Adobe Acrobat pro

Please let us know if you use the desktop application or the Acrobat Online. The option is not available for the Acrobat Online account. The prepare form tool can only be used in the Acrobat desktop application.

If the option does not appear on the Acrobat desktop application, please try reinstalling the application:

- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3Cdd68J).
- Reboot the machine
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4e95phj.

Let us know if the option still does not appear.
