Print button unresponsive in embedded Acrobat

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with Printing in embedded Adobe.

When I click one of the print buttons (see below) or click Ctrl+P, the print dialogue doesn't pop up.

It only happens while the Win10 version is 2004 (the latest) and the Adobe Reader DC version installed is the latest, in 64 bit version.

I have noticed a difference in the behavior between the 32 and 64 bit versions:

In 64 bit client we see Acrord32.exe process and printing doesn't work

In 32 bit client we see RdrCEF.exe process and printing does work

Any help will be appreciated.
