Printer Icon freezing in DC Pro

We have Adobe DC Pro 15.006.30033 on some systems, and we're getting a strange problem. Whenever the Print icon is hit, the program freezes. However, if we hit CTRL+P or go to File -> Print, we're able to print just fine.

We've tried the following:

-Uninstall/clean/reinstall

-Adobe DC Repair

After uninstall/reinstall, it works fine for about a day. Then after restarting, the problem starts up again. Any suggestions on what else we could try, or maybe some other settings I can check? Thanks.
