Printing Adobe PDF Files

I have a PDF file that has a built-in player for a slideshow. When the file loads it says Adobe Presenter, but I am viewing it in Adobe Acrobat. This file has a next and back button, along with a play and pause button, almost like a video. If I try to print it, it only allows me to print one page (slide) at a time and only the page I'm currently viewing. I've been trying everything I can to print the pages of this file in a "handout" or multiple pages per sheet format. Is there a solution? Wn the file loads it says Adobe Presenter, but I am viewing it in Adobe Acrobat.

I'm using the most recent version of OS for Mac, and the most recent Adobe Acrobat as well.
