I used to be able to print a PDF but suddenly the whole printer freezes as soon as the printer comes up.

    Hi twcco,

Let's see what we can figure out. We'll need to get some basic information from you to figure out where there problem lies:

    • Are you having trouble with a specific PDF file, or with any PDF that you try to print?
    • Are you on Mac OS or Windows (and what version)?
    • Are you printing from Reader or Acrobat (again, what version)?
    • Are you printing directly to the printer, or over WiFi/network?
    • Are you able to print from other applications?

I look forward to hearing back from you. We'll see what we can do to get to the bottom of this printing issue.

    Best,

    Sara

    Thank you.

It's any PDF. I'm on a PC Windows 7. I'm printing from Acrobat direct to

printer. All other printing is fine and until recently PDFs were also fine.

If restarting your computer doesn't do the trick, please try repairing the Acrobat installation as described in this document: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-open-pdf.html

Please let us know how it goes.
