Printing Issues

I can't print PDF files this morning.  It says no pages have been selected although, in fact, they have.  I have tried selecting All Pages, Current Page and specific pages and nothing works.  I can print PDF files from websites but not the same file when it is on the computer.

Hi douga75689985,

Try the following: open Adobe Acrobat/Reader navigate to Edit menu -> Preferences

  • under Documents, change 'View documents in PDF/A mode' to Never
  • under Security (Enhanced), disable Protected Mode at startup

Click OK to confirm the changes.

Relaunch Acrobat/Reader, now try to print the PDF file.

Let me know if it works.

Aadesh

Aadesh:

That worked. What I would like to know now is why I had to do this. I did not make any changes leading up to this – none, not even something I didn’t think would cause a problem.

Thanks for the help.
