I have downloaded my files successfully to windows but now I am unable to print them.  Can you help me?

    What type of files are you trying to print, and what is the issue that you're running into? Please let us know what you're trying to print, what application you're using (name and version), whether you're on Mac OS or Windows, and a description of the problem, and we'll do our best to point you toward resolution.

    I am trying to print a windows file. It was converted from a pdf file. I have windows 8.
