Problem accessing Adobe Export PDF services

I am signed up for Adobe Export PDF.  I am trying to convert a file which I do often with no problem.  Today it is telling me  an error occured while trying to access the service.  What's up?  Is the system down?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the description mentioned above, you are unable to access Adobe Export PDF services, is that correct?

I tried to use the service and its working fine. There may be a temporary glitch which can cause this message to appear.

Problem has been corrected for about two weeks. It was a very bad problem

for about three weeks.
