I am trying to edit a pdf, it keeps telling me to buy the Pro subscription, then when i click on it tells me I already have the subscription. It won't convert the pdf to word either and I already tried rebooting

As shared, we have checked your account information and found a subscription of Adobe Acrobat DC. So there shouldn't be any problem editing the PDF document.
Are you using Adobe Reader DC or Adobe Acrobat DC application? Adobe Reader DC is a free application which would not let you to edit the pdf files. Make sure that you have installed the correct application (Adobe Acrobat DC) to perform editing.
You may download the Acrobat DC, if its not installed- Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
