Problem embedding video to pdf file. I only hear sound, no image

Hi,

I have a problem embedding video to pdf file.

I embedded video to pdf, I saved the file and I only hear sound, no image.

Other times the software (application) crashes.

Note that I followed all the instruction guides and I have the latest up to date acrobat version (2021.001.20135)

Please advise. Most appreciative
