Problem in downloading converted documents

Hello, since yesterday,  I cannot retrieve the converted documents on my computer. I have not been on acrobat pdf services for a few weeks, and from what I gather, my converted document in on the cloud, but I want it on my compu. and I do not know what to  do. I can see it, as well as all the last 50 converted documents, I can tick the corresponding boxes, but nothing happens when I click on the dowload sign below. Can someone help please?
