As per the issue description mentioned above, dates and numbers in Italian changes to English when converting an excel file to pdf, is that correct?

Could you let us know if using Adobe Reader desktop application to convert to pdf or online at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

Have you tried with another file to check if this it's not a file specific issue?

Would it be possible to share the excel file with us to replicate issue at our end? Refer to the steps given here on How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
