problem opening pdf file and word doc

hello,

I have problem opening pdf file (adobe reader 9 or XI) when word docx is open.

pdf start opening and then close spantaneously.

if pdf file is already opened and i tried to open word doc, pdf file close automatically

somebody can advise?
