Question

Problem with EXPORT PDF

I have a anual membership for EXPORTPDF but sometimes it doesn't allow me to export 2 documents one after the other!!!    It asks me to register an account,but I was already logged in?!?

Is there such a limit ?

Hey mcordeiro01,

There might be some problem with your internet connection.

Are you accessing ExportPDF service online or via Reader?

Clear your browser cache and sign in again.

Have you tried signing in with a different browser and checked?
