Problem with my paid subscription

I am having a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat i am able to use the paid features on my iphone but not on my laptop, in laptop in my account it showing next payment due date, but i am not able to use any of the premium features, i am using one device at a time

We have checked your account and see you have an Acrobat premium plan for the Acrobat mobile application. This plan does not work on desktop applications. Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3CZRei7

 

You can purchase an Acrobat Pro subscription to use Acrobat on a desktop application. It works on desktop, mobile, and web applications. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3X7P5YF
