Problema com a ferramenta de conversão de PDF para DOCX

A ferramenta não está conseguindo fazer a conversão. Aparecem caracteres especiais no lugar de texto. O que posso fazer? O arquivo em PDF foi criado com o LATEX.

Hi michel,

So sorry for the delayed response. Are you still having trouble with your PDF to Word conversion? If text doesn't look correct in the converted Word document, it could be that LATEX isn't creating the PDF to spec, and it doesn't contain the information necessary to ensure a clean conversion. Are you able to select the text in Word, and apply a different font?

Olá Sara,

Ainda não resolvi o problema. Acredito que provavelmente não há solução, pois o documento em pdf foi gerado pelo Latex e não pelo Word. Tentei sim selecionar os caracteres especiais e mudar a fonte, mas o Word não conseguiu. Acredito que para o uso do conversor do adobe é um problema sem solução.
