Problemi utilizzo Acrobat Pro

Non riesco ad utilizzare il programma Acrobat Pro che ho dal 2021 con pagamento mensile che ho effettuato regolarmente il 27 febbraio 24. Ho provato a modificare un documento e mi esce la schermata con la richiesta di prova gratuita per poi sottoscrivere abbonamento. Suggerimenti grazie
