Problems converting from .pdf

Hello,

I have a paid subscription and am trying to convert a file.  Every single time, it prompts me to sign and subscribe.  When I enter my account number, it tells me that I can convert.  When I try, it sends me back to subscription screen.  How can I make this work?

    Please try to use the Export PDF service online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ‌(Sign In using your Adobe ID under which you have the subscription).
