Problems with export pdf to docx

Many hours trying to export one pdf file into docs and nothing. Please someone can help me?

    Hi karinar,

    I would love to help, but need to know more. What happens when you try to export your PDF to Word format? Are you receiving an error? Are you unable to log in? Please provide some specifics, and we'll do our best to get it sorted out.

    How are you exporting: via Acrobat Reader, or directly on the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf ?
