Problems with opening files from Acrobat.com

I can't open any file from Acrobat.com in Adobe Reader on Mac (previously I could). Now I can only save files in Acrobat.com and open them directly from the site. Where's the problem?

Are you using any language other than English?

I used Chinese Simplified before,and I met the same problem

I change the language to English and very good luck it works.

Yes, I had Polish version. According to your advice, I changed language version (installed English one) and now it works. Thanks

Hi annija,

What happens when you try to open the files via Adobe Reader? Do you get an error message, and if so, what is it?

What happens when you choose File > Open from Acrobat.com?

For starters, make sure that you're using the most current version of Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates. If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall Reader.

Hi Sara,

I don't have any message, there is just white window and nothing happens. I have most recent version of the Reader and I also reinstalled it. Moreover, when I had file from Acrobat.com in the list of my recent files I could open it.
