Problen in accessing my account

When I am trying to covert a pdf file to MS Word, an error message is showing "An error occurred while signing in". Later on thro' Customer help I found my e-Mail ID has been recorded as something else. But my e-Mail ID is "lalcee@yahoo.co.in" wherefrom I am trying to communicate with you. Pls regularize it & help me to convert pdf files to MS Word / MS excel. Immediate help is requested.
