Bonjour, j'ai été débité récemment de 24.90eu pour Adobe PDF export (ou quelque chose qui porte un nom similaire).

Or, je ne me souviens pas avoir souscrit à une telle offre et aimerait être remboursé dans les plus brefs délais, et ainsi vous restituer cette offre qui ne m'est d'aucune utilité.

    Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

    Also, If you would not get any confirmation about the refund, then we request you to contact to our support team via chat following the steps suggested below-

    1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

    2- Select Account issues

    3-  Show me my contact options.
