Program not compatible.

I purchased the Acrobat standard - when I attempted to download, I got a message saying the program was not compatible with MAC.

This program is of no use to me then. I need to exchange. Tried chatting with a so-called "specialist" who instructed me to go back, sign in and download the

same program - got the same message. I feel like I have been ripped off and am now being jerked around.

I need help. I need to exchange this program for one that I can use.

    Hi Kargi,

    I checked your account and do see that you purchased an Acrobat subscription for Windows, rather than Mac OS. I don't have the right access to swap that subscription for a Mac OS subscription, which is what really needs to happen.     I am pretty frustrated with the many "experts" I have been chatting with over the past few days.
