Protocol to access Document Cloud in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Hello!
On the company I work, we have a strong firewall to filter internet trafic.
So, inside my company, using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, I can not access to the Adobe Document Cloud contents, BUT I can do so to the associeted Dropbox, Google Drive and MS OneDrive.
My concluison is that the protocol used in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to access to Dropbox, Google Drive and MS OneDrive is different from the one used to access to Adobe Document Cloud.
Is there any one how could help identifying the whay to overpass this, please?

I need some tips to request to the manager of the firewall to let pass trough the contets of the Adobe Document Cloud.
