Purchase Cloud.Acrobat.com Service Agreement

I am with the City of Los Angeles. I am very interested in implementing the cloud.acrobat.com service for document distribution. However, it is not recommended that I use just the free service that any customer can use. Our IT Security Division would prefer that we purchase some kind o service level agreement with Adobe before using the service. How do I proceed on this purchase?

I know there is also something called an Enterprise ID. Is that the purchased service. If it is, how do I purchase this service.
