Hi cassir84840090,

ExportPDF is an online subscription, so there's nothing to download. Your ExportPDF subscription is tied to your Adobe ID, so you just need to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com using the Adobe ID and password that you used when you signed up. Each user should have a subscription tied to his or her own Adobe ID.

Best,

Sara

How do I have this Export PDF put under a different ID instead of my ID so that my end user can use this and it not be tied to me?  Also each time I order something like this direct I will need to order under the end users ID or set them up an ID so it doesn't fall under my ID?

Thank you,

Cassi

Hi Cassi,

If you are ordering subscriptions for various people in your office, it would be best to sign up under their Adobe IDs, so they can log in and use the subscription with their own credentials. As for moving the current subscription, the easiest route is to cancel the current subscription (see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services--or I can help), and then reorder as necessary.

Best,
Sara
