Purchased on another computer, but can't use it on my home computer!

I purchased the export pdf converter thing on my work computer, but for some reason, it's not recognizing me on my home computer.  Who do I contact about this?

    Hi jan_hersh,

    The Export Pdf is an online service.

    I don't think so it might be creating problem whether you use it from your work computer or home computer.

    You can try it with different browser.
