question about conve6ting from PDF to word doc

I have just signed up and paid for the Adobe converter from PDF to word document.  But ever file I try to convert it ends up saying unable to convert.  What do  I do?

    Hi Janer,

    Could you confirm how you have been trying to convert the document? Is it through the web or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

    If you are trying online then try with a different web browser through- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Or use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
