Is there an easy way to upload multiple e-mail addresses using adobe send?

If you're using Send via Adobe Reader, you can take advantage of your local address book. Please see I’m trying to send a file from Adobe Reader, but I can’t access my computer’s address book to find my contacts. Why not? for more information about that feature.
