QUESTION: How do I cancel Export PDF?

QUESTION:  I have been sitting here for 45 minutes trying to cancel my subscription for Export PDF and have been unable to do so.  Under "Plans" and 'Orders" and "Products" there is nothing listed, so I have nothing to reference in the canceling action.  I keep getting into one loop after another.  Help!

Yes, I have been having great difficulty in using the customer care service. No matter what I do, it gets me in a loop that I cannot get out of except to do what I am now tryingwhich is to use this forum. What I may have to do is to call customer care and select an option that technically does not apply to me, in the hope that by so doing I will make contact with an actual human beingand hopefully get help from Adobe that way.

Adobe has a HORRIBLE customer service system, I can say thatprobably the worst I have ever experienced. The idea that customers who purchase certain services or products do not "deserve" telephone customer service whereas other customers who purchase other services or products do "deserve" telephone customer service is simply ludicrousand NOT the way to leave its customers satisfied and thinking good thoughts about Adobe and its products.
