Question regarding shared download links for Files at Acrobat.com

I have a collection of documents on Files at https://cloud.acrobat.com/ that I often share with forum users; mainly in the Reader forum.

Each time I need to provide a download link I go and create a new public link, then post it in the forum.

My question: when I create a new public link, will older links created earlier still remain valid?  Or will a new link override older links?

Hi Pat!

That's a great question. I just tested that by creating two public links to the same document in my Acrobat.com account, and sending them to myself. Both links allowed me to access that document.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara,

Thank you very much for your reply.  It's good to know that users who search the forum and find an old reply with a download link can still use it.

Cheers,

Pat
