re: Adobe ExportPDF

Using the Adobe ExportPDF, I have  tried to convert my English document of about 9,000KB to .docx file four times (taking about 45 minutes every trial). Unfortunately, every time displayed was "Recently Exported File (0)," although the said file's uploading completes without any error message  How and where can I get the .docx file exported (or converted)? What is there any problem with? Thank you very much for help. I would relly appreciate it.
