Hello, I cannot cancel my subscribsion to illustrator and do all the steps, me the option does not appear to eliminate or to cancel account. And followed quite the steps. Bernardita Jiménez

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you have mentioned above, you do not get the option to cancel the subscription on your account.

    In this case, I would suggest you contact support here contact-bumper to get this subscription canceled.

    When you open the link, please sign in with your Adobe ID under which you have purchased the subscription.

    I NEED CLOSE MY THIS ACCOUNT WAS ADOBE ACROBAT PRO SUBSCRIPTION FROM 07/08/2023.

    MY OTHER ACCOUNT NOT CLOSE THAT ONE WAS ADOBE ACRBAT EXPORT PDF
