THIRD REQUEST:  CANCELLATIOIN OF ORDER NO. AD015224219RE:   Cancellation of Adobe Order number: AD015224219        Carol Michalowski

My account does not show a credit of #23.88 from Adobe Export PDF.  You are currently fraudulent in accordance with you terms and conditions.

Please credit the account and confirm immediately via email verification that credit has been issued for cancellation ($23.88) as soon as possible.  I will be waiting for a response.

    I've just canceled your subscription and processed a refund. I'm not sure what email address you were sending your request to, but I'm glad you landed here so we could take care of your cancelation/refund.

    Adobe's service is horrible. I signed up for their PDF export to help a friend w a resume and have been trying to cancel the subscription ever since, FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. I was billed last April, i cancelled the service after i somehow miraculously reached a phone agent. I also disputed the charge with my CC company. Sure enough the authorization is on there again today. And sure enough, no phone support available - not that it did any good last time.
