I have a subscription and my Adobe Export

As per the issue description mentioned above you want to download your Export PDF subscription, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for Export PDF. Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered. You may also see the help document for detailed description: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud
