I was finally able to see that white circle However, when I click it, no other colors show up. Any suggestions?

Please share the screenshot of the options that appear when you click on the color circle. Are you trying to change the color of the text you add using the Fill & Sign tool? It would be helpful if you could share more information on what you are trying here.
