but how could I recover a delelted pdf file then? It's not in the adobe home deleted folder. this suck!

@lynnnnnnnlin have you done a 'search' on the PDF or better yet, can you not download the PDF again from your email? Cloud?

If the document is deleted from the Document Cloud, it cannot be recovered. We suggest backing up the file before removing it from cloud storage.

You might be checking the Acrobat Sign deleted folder on the Acrobat online account.
