Re: how to scan documents

Question

the description in the link doesn't match my view. When I click on "create" there is no left rail. When I go to "Files < Scans" it just gives me a QR code to scan from my phone, which I don't want. I still don't know where to find the scan option. Honestly frustrating.

Could you please share more details about the issue? Are you using the Adobe Scan mobile app to scan PDFs? Is it an Android or an iOS device? Please ensure you have the latest build of the app installed, check for any pending updates from the App Store/Play Store, install them, restart the phone, and try again. Could you also share a screenshot of the window you get and the app you are using?
