Re-install CS5?

I learned this afternoon  ( after about 16 phone calls thru every portal I cound find )    that the ofshore Indian tech support guys  ( whom I had previpously called and text chatted with a dozen times )  gave me wrong instructions ,, YOY !    cost me 15 - 20 work hours lost ..   I  did not have to uninstall and reinstall CS 5 at all    ( I did so and now I have to reinstall it from my original  disks , if I can find them )    Adobe Tech Support had the  wrong program ,, turns our my problem was not with CS 5 but rather with Abode Export PDF and the confusing email message to "   uninstall and reactivate my software "   ( Export was one of four Adobe products I have ,  and Adobe Teh Support couldn;t or didn;t know to tie in their mass email with this product ,,  ) 

A royal disaster ,  typical tech support torture -    a tech support team that only speaks 80% of english language and forces you to try to communicate via chat ,   ( who can I strangle ! )    its hilarious if it wasn;t so painful and tortuous ,,

    I have my original discs and serial numbers. I do not have time to jump

    through hoops just for a simple re-install.

    I am done with the Adobe crap. time to look for another photo editing

    software!
