Re: PDF viewer - does not open embedded file attachment

Hi
What I don't understand about this reply is that although there is built-in browser support for PDFs, I use (& I'd assume the OP is using) the Adobe Acrobat Chrome extension. Written by Adobe, no?  
The browser may not support links to attached files in a PDF document, but I would expect Adobe's own extension to. It doesn't, but I would expect it to.
Could you explain why Adobe's extension not supporting their own file structure is the browser provider's problem to sort out?
I'm honestly interested to know.
