I too have had the service for a few years and now all of a sudden I can no longer convert documents - and my subscription is due for renewal next month...

    Hi Lindaw,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you are not able to convert documents, please try to sign out of the application.

    Then reboot the machine and sign-in again with your Adobe ID.

    You can also export PDFs online.

    Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/ and go to the Export PDF tab.

    Upload the files and export them to the format you required.

    If the issue still persists, try the troubleshooting steps provided here Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

    Hope that resolves the issue.
