I subscribe to Export pdf. After a computer crash and reinstalling Windows 10 I downloaded Acrobat DC but Export takes me to a purchase page. How do I reactivate Export?

Hello Richardb,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to install Adobe ExportPDF service as it's asking you to resubscribe, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, Adobe ExportPDF service is an online service cannot be downloaded as an application on a computer. But we can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.

Access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

The service can be accessed through the freeware Adobe Reader DC, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, to download Adobe Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Note: If you have installed Acrobat, and trying to access the service of Adobe ExportPDF, you will get a message to subscribe for the service as you don't have any license/subscription of Acrobat. Please uninstall Acrobat, reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
